About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (B.Arch Graduate) to oversee and manage architectural and real estate projects. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring architectural projects.
  • Coordinate with design teams for seamless execution.
  • Review and manage project documentation, drawings, and reports.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Track project progress, identify risks/delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations for management.
  • Support the team with design inputs, AutoCAD drawings, and site coordination as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination/architecture/construction (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
