Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Software Sales Executive
to promote and sell our ERP solutions to businesses. The role involves identifying new prospects, understanding client requirements, and driving the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    software or ERP solution sales
    (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
    Kannada, English, and Hindi
    .
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA / MBA).
