Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Maintenance Manager, based in Jamnagar. The Operations Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of equipment, managing and leading teams, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with various departments, troubleshooting issues, and continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and maintenance practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Operations Management and Maintenance
  • Experience in Project Management and Team Management
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Oil and Infrastructure Sectors is advantageous
