Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.

The goal of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of electrical infrastructure within the manufacturing plant. This includes conducting routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and breakdown repairs of plant electrical systems and industrial machinery.

  1. Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspection, and breakdown repairs of plant electrical systems and industrial machinery.
  2. Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and lighting systems.
  3. Carry out installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machines.
  4. Ensure proper power distribution, earthing systems, and electrical load management.
  5. Maintain and update electrical maintenance records, breakdown logs, and safety checklists.
  6. Monitor availability and stock levels of electrical spare parts, cables, and consumables.

The ideal candidate should have a qualification in ITI or Diploma in Electrical, 2-3 years of experience in industrial plant electrical maintenance, preferably in an engineering, brass, or metal components manufacturing unit. The candidate should be proficient in electrical troubleshooting, machine wiring, and control panel operation, with good knowledge of electrical safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and industrial power distribution. Ability to work on high-tension and low-tension systems as per plant standards is required.

Requirements
  • Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in industrial plant electrical maintenance.
  • Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, machine wiring, control panel operation, electrical safety regulations, preventive maintenance, industrial power distribution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and safe functioning of electrical infrastructure to support continuous industrial operations. The role requires strict compliance with electrical safety norms and operational procedures within the plant. The candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Jamnagar.
