Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Lead

Job Description:

The Electrical Maintenance Lead oversees the electrical maintenance and related activities within a manufacturing environment. This role participates in developing, implementing, and monitoring maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency.

  • Develops and implements detailed maintenance procedures to guarantee safe execution.
  • Coordinates with other departments to optimize maintenance schedules and activities.
  • Monitors equipment performance, maintenance costs, and provides recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is mandatory, accompanied by 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill electrical maintenance.

  • Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical, Instrumentation
  • Significant expertise in electrical maintenance, preferably in a cold rolling mill environment.
