Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize machine availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in industrial automation systems, including machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and control systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to maintain smooth plant operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • E nsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all electrical and instrumentation works.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for this role. A good understanding of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems is required.
