As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring seamless production processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance
  • Leverage technical knowledge to lead and guide maintenance teams, adopting global best practices in the workshop
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and reduce backlogs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Condition-Based Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, rotating and static equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, ISO standards, OHSAS, HAZOP, JSA, and effective internal and external communication skills
