Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintain SAP data for production planning, material issue, and consumption entries.

· Record goods receipt, production output, and dispatch details accurately in SAP.

· Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring real-time stock visibility.

· Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth material movement.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, stock, and dispatch.

· Support in cycle counting and physical stock verification.

· Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

· Assist in troubleshooting SAP-related issues and coordinate with IT/SAP support.

· Track raw material and finished goods movement from production to dispatch.

· Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping of all transactions.

Paint Industries Production and Factory Inventory Management experience is must

Education

· Graduate Degree in any stream (M.COM / MBA /B. Com / BBA / B.Sc. / Diploma in Production or related field).
