Medical Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Strong connections with doctors and pharmacists.
- Experience in cardiology or gastroenterology will be an added advantage.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss products.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
- Take responsibility for building and managing strong professional networks while promoting our products.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and industry trends to support business strategies.
- Establish and lead a new sales team within the assigned territory.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in pharma/medical/healthcare sales is mandatory.
- A strong existing network of doctors and pharmacists is an advantage.
- Preferred experience in cardiology or gastroenterology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
