Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and delivering a superior customer experience aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, staff performance, and compliance with company policies
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets through effective team management and customer engagement
  • Ensure optimal product display, stock availability, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the sales team to maintain a productive and positive work environment
  • Maintain store hygiene, safety protocols, and brand presentation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for replenishment
  • Generate and analyze sales and operational reports to identify improvement areas
