Store Incharge – Furniture Manufacturing

Location: [Kamshet/Pune]

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Store Incharge
to manage our central store operations for a leading furniture manufacturing business. The role involves complete ownership of inward and outward stock movement, inventory management, ERP reporting, and ensuring smooth material flow to production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all incoming raw materials, hardware, consumables, and outgoing finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure 100% ERP compliance.
  • Implement inventory best practices (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations).
  • Coordinate with purchase, quality, production, and dispatch teams for seamless material movement.
  • Supervise store staff and ensure proper housekeeping, labeling, and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in
    store/inventory management
    , preferably in manufacturing or furniture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor/SAP/Odoo/Tally or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to maintain high inventory accuracy and streamline stock processes.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
