Job Title: Sales Executive/ Customer Support Employee

Location: Ring Road

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: IT or accounting background, or having done the Tally Course, in which he/she is interested in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify trends.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Kept accurate records of sales activities and generated regular reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. (1-2 Years)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
