Trainer – POSH
to join our team in Chennai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, delivering impactful sessions, and driving workplace ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an
  External Member
  for
  Internal Committees
  (as required)
• Conduct
  case enquiries
  , write detailed
  case reports
  , and drive
  Quarterly Review Meetings (QRM)
  with clients
• Maintain
  client engagement and professionalism
  during sessions and post-delivery feedback
• Deliver
  engaging and impactful training sessions
• Customize training content
  and
  learning modules
  to suit diverse client needs
• Stay updated with
  legal changes
  and
  compliance frameworks
  around
  POSH
  and workplace ethics

Who Should Apply:

• Law graduates
  (LLB or equivalent); candidates with an interest in
  social justice, HR law, DEI, or compliance
  are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in training is a plus, but
  freshers
  with strong
  communication skills
  are welcome
• Comfortable engaging with
  diverse corporate audiences
  across all levels
• Fluent in English
  (fluency in Hindi or any regional language is a bonus)
