Roles & Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage all EPC activities for transmission line projects, ensuring timely progress and adherence to schedules.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with clients for approvals (shutdowns, crossings) and communicate deviations from contract terms.
  • Oversee material procurement, delivery, and management at site; ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Resolve project execution issues, including right-of-way (ROW) challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle (EHS/QMS).
  • Maintain comprehensive project records for audits and future reference.
  • Monitor and report on budget utilization, expenditures, and cost control

Additional

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination for transmission lines (preferably in EPC sector).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and interface effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and compliance requirements (IS/CPWD standards for transmission line erection and testing)
