Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Sales Head to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a

drive to achieve and exceed targets. As corporate sales Head, you will play a crucial role

in expanding our client base and ensuring the satisfaction of our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and

objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service

delivery and client satisfaction.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, including analyzing sales data and metrics.

- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any client inquiries or

concerns.

- Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Flashpe's services.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of corporate sales and business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
