Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end process of Export shipments including Invoicing and Costing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their shipments.
- Should have experience in handling DG shipments.
- Timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pricing, sales, and CHB, to ensure all shipment requirements are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and other relevant policies for ocean shipments.
- Maintain all data in shared folder.
- Prepare and review export documentation, such as AMS, ISF, Manifestation, VGM and review commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, CFS, Surveyor and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance and transport of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Responsible for sending DSR, and review the shipments on monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
- 7 years of demonstrated experience of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations .
- MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution .
- High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications
