Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient SAP Data Entry Operator to support our Production team at the Ambernath Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate entry of production data into SAP, maintaining records, and ensuring data consistency across systems.

Role & responsibilities

  • Enter daily production data, consumption of raw materials, and finished goods details into SAP.
  • Update and maintain production-related reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality departments for accurate data entry and verification.
  • Generate and share MIS reports from SAP as required by the Production and Management teams.
  • Ensure proper posting of goods movement, stock updates, and batch tracking in SAP.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely corrections.
  • Support process improvements related to data management and SAP utilization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all production-related data.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduate (B. Com/B.Sc./B.A. or equivalent).
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in SAP data entry (preferably in manufacturing or chemical industry).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP (preferably SAP MM/PP modules).

  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Employment Type: On contract, third party payroll

Salary: 22k per month
