Role Objective - We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills to design engaging and user-centric websites and applications. You will be responsible for creating in creating intuitive interfaces, enhancing user experience, and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Key Deliverables -

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure responsive and adaptive design principles across all screen sizes.
  • Continuously improve design based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Maintain and update design systems and documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a bonus
