Role Description

This on-site full-time role, located in Kolkata, is for a Senior UI/UX Designer. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. The day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. The role also involves conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience, and iterating designs based on feedback to achieve optimal user engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in User Interface Design (UI), Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design
  • Excellent User Experience (UX) skills, including User Research, Usability Testing, and Interaction Design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
  • Experience in web and mobile design patterns and responsive design principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software development industry
