We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both web and mobile application design, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualise visuals and layouts based on project needs.
  • Create rough drafts and present design ideas.
  • Design illustrations, logos, and other visual assets using software or by hand.
  • Select appropriate colours, typography, and visual elements to align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers for final design delivery.
  • Ensure responsive and consistent design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablets).
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
  • Ensure high visual standards and brand consistency in all designs.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of colour theory, light, shadow, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related software.
  • Good English communication skills and comprehension.
  • Ability to learn new tools, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for design and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Must have an online design portfolio showcasing previous work.
