Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team at Clustor Computing. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining transparency, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to the company's growth by ensuring strong financial health.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.

· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.

· Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and balance sheets regularly.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

· Monitor cash flow and support in maintaining liquidity for business operations.

· Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

· Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documents and reports.

· Implement best practices to improve accounting systems, processes, and controls.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).

· Good understanding of taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.

· Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle deadlines under pressure.

· Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
