Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment:
Identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
- Program Development:
Designing and developing training programs, including content creation and selection of appropriate training methods.
- Coordination:
Scheduling training sessions, managing logistics (rooms, equipment, materials), and coordinating with internal and external trainers.
- Delivery:
Delivering training programs, which may include on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, e-learning, or classroom-based training.
- Evaluation:
Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as feedback surveys and performance evaluations.
- Record Keeping:
Maintaining training records, including attendance, completion rates, and evaluation results.
- Communication:
Communicating training opportunities to employees and providing support during the training process.
- Budget Management:
Tracking and managing training budgets and expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and foster a positive learning environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to training programs.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience with software used to manage and deliver training programs.
- Knowledge of Training Methodologies: Familiarity with various training techniques, such as on-the-job training, mentorship, and e-learning.
- Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a training or HR-related role is often preferred.
