Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update client databases and follow up regularly to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or telecalling (12 years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
