We are looking for a skilled SAP RAP Developer to design, develop, and implement applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, modern, cloud-ready applications using the latest SAP technologies including ABAP on Cloud, Core Data Services (CDS), Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF), and Fiori/UI5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end RAP-based applications in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments.
- Create and extend ABAP-based business objects using RAP architecture.
- Define and implement CDS views, behavior definitions, and service definitions/exposures.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and UI/UX developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Integrate with SAP Fiori/UI5 apps and provide OData v4 services.
- Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability.
- Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and clean core development.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control (optional based on setup).
