Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil works.
  • Support the Senior Engineer in monitoring progress and ensuring work quality.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including manpower, materials, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for smooth work execution.
  • Check and verify levels, measurements, and quantities at site as per drawings.
  • Assist in quality control and ensure work is executed as per specifications and standards.
  • Support in material management — tracking material receipt, consumption, and stock.
  • Report site issues, delays, or discrepancies to the Site Engineer or Project In-charge.
  • Ensure site safety protocols are followed by all workers and subcontractors.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and documentation for billing or client review.
  • Learn and adapt to industrial, commercial, and residential construction practices.
  • Support in maintaining communication with clients and consultants for inspections and clarifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
