Our goal is to expand to 100 employees and open 3 Experience Centers in Bengaluru within a year, with plans to grow into multiple cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Site Engineer, located on-site in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring structural integrity. The Junior Site Engineer will work closely with civil engineers and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Adherence to safety and company standards is critical.

Qualifications

  • Skills in On-Site Management and Quality Control
  • Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in interior design or construction projects is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
