About the Role

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing team in Chennai. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving prescription-based sales, building strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and ensuring effective implementation of our marketing strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Promote the company's pharmaceutical brands to doctors, chemists, and stockists through regular field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and distributors.
  • Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and CMEs.
  • Maintain doctor call averages and ensure adequate market coverage as per company norms.
  • Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and share insights with the ASM.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, prescriptions audit, and adherence to reporting protocols.
  • Maintain ethical conduct and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences (mandatory).
  • Experience: 0–5 years in pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
  • Track Record: Candidates with prior experience in Chennai market preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and gain doctor confidence.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the local geography and healthcare network.
  • Basic analytical and reporting skills.
  • Discipline, persistence, and ethical selling approach.
