Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication & Assembly

  • Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and polishing of SS materials used in conveyors and material handling systems.
  • Assemble complete conveyor units including chambers, pipelines, filters, and support frames as per design drawings.
  • Ensure accurate fitting, alignment, and leak-proof finishing of welded joints.
  • Carry out trial assembly and testing before dispatch.

2. Technical Skills

  • Perform TIG welding (GTAW) on thin and thick SS sheets/tubes with neat finishing suitable for food/pharma standards.
  • Operate fabrication tools such as cutting machines, grinders, bending machines, and polishing tools.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&ID, and layout diagrams.
  • Understand and follow surface finish requirements (mirror/matt polishing).

3. Quality & Inspection

  • Conduct self-inspection of fabricated components for dimensions, weld quality, and surface finish.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control team for final inspection and documentation.
  • Ensure products meet company standards for cleanliness, accuracy, and performance.

4. Teamwork & Documentation

  • Work closely with design, assembly, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Record daily work updates and fabrication progress.
  • Provide feedback for design improvements based on fabrication challenges.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
