**Job Title: Assembly Line operator/Incharge**

**Job Summary**:
The Assembly Engineer is responsible for designing, improving, and optimizing assembly processes to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves collaborating with other engineering and production teams to ensure the smooth operation of assembly lines, developing and testing new assembly techniques, and ensuring products meet all design and quality specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
○ Analyze and identify areas for improvement in the assembly line to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

○ Troubleshoot assembly-related issues during production and provide solutions.

○ Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.

○ Implement and enforce best practices for assembly to minimize errors and defects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering/ECE/EEE, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineer or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years Proven experience in assembly engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience with assembly line optimization is a plus.
- **Skills**:
○ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address production issues.

○ Knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.

○ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,736.07 per month
