Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and orchestrate agentic systems using Google ADK—developing tools, coordinating multi-agent workflows, ensuring reliable grounding, and optimizing agent performance across end-to-end AI pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize deep learning architectures for real-world AI solutions
• Apply advanced data structures and algorithms to enhance the efficiency and performance of AI systems
• Engage in continuous learning and research to stay at the forefront of LLM & Generative AI advancements
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by tackling complex AI challenges and developing innovative solutions
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Cultivate a seeker mindset by actively exploring new AI technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems

Required Skills

• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK): Proficient in building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents using Google's ADK, including tool integrations, grounding, evaluation frameworks, and advanced multi-agent orchestration for complex workflows
• Python: Proficiency in Python programming, with a focus on AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Deep Learning: Solid understanding of neural network architectures, training processes, and optimization techniques
• Data Structures and Algorithms: Strong foundation in efficient data organization and problem-solving approaches crucial for AI development
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex AI challenges and develop effective solutions
• LLM & Generative AI Understanding: Familiarity with large language models and generative AI concepts, including their applications and limitations
• Ownership: Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and drive them to completion
