About the Role:

STRIPL is looking for a highly experienced SAP Trainer with strong expertise in SAP modules and proven experience teaching in colleges. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver structured, engaging, and industry-relevant SAP training to large groups of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct SAP training sessions for college students in an engaging and practical manner
  • Teach core SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, HCM, or specialization area)
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, hands-on practice tasks, and assessments
  • Explain real-time concepts and scenarios to help students understand industry applications
  • Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Coordinate with college departments and STRIPL academic teams for smooth scheduling

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP training experience
  • Mandatory: Experience teaching SAP in colleges or academic institutions
  • Strong subject knowledge in at least one major SAP module
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner-level learners
  • Immediate joiners preferred
