We are looking for an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Trainer** to conduct part-time training sessions at our office in Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured sessions to learners, ensuring effective coverage of the syllabus within the planned timeline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Weekday sessions: 1 hour/day | Weekend sessions: 2 hours/day.
- Complete the syllabus within 30-40 hours.
- Provide hands-on guidance, assignments, and clarify doubts.
- Ensure learners gain practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors training or implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
- Flexible to work part-time as per schedule.

**Work Mode**: On-site (Chennai office)

**Schedule**:

- Weekdays: 1 hour/day
- Weekends: 2 hours/day

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week

**Experience**:

- SAP SuccessFactors: 5 years (required)
