We're looking for a
Trend & Content Curation Lead
— someone who lives and breathes products, has a creative eye for trends, and can turn insights into compelling blog and social content.

What You'll Do

  • Scout trending, viral, and high-potential products daily from platforms like Amazon Movers & Shakers, TikTok Creative Center, Trend Hunter, and Google Trends.
  • Evaluate products for giftability, novelty, and emotional appeal; map ideal personas and gifting occasions.
  • Write
    engaging product stories, blogs, and social captions
    that highlight why the product is a perfect gift.
  • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and digital marketers to create high-performing short-form and long-form content.
  • Build and maintain a
    weekly product trend list
    with scoring on novelty, appeal, and sales momentum.
  • Track engagement, CTR, conversions, and continuously improve content that drives traffic and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the
    Founder/CEO
    to align product discovery and content with brand voice and growth strategy.
  • (Future scope) Support
    Analytic Era
    operations and hiring campaigns as we scale.


What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    content creation, trend research, or product marketing
    — ideally in a
    startup or SaaS environment
    .
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling, product analysis, and marketing tone.
  • Deep familiarity with platforms like
    Amazon, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels
    , and
    Google Trends
    .
  • Data-driven mindset — ability to track what's trending, what converts, and what resonates emotionally.
  • Passion for products, gifting, lifestyle, and consumer psychology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; startup attitude and ownership mindset.
  • MBA/Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred.
