Job Title: Product Associate HRMS

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 1-3 years

About the Role: Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our HRMS product team at Asakta. The ideal candidate will assist in product planning, requirement gathering, testing, and supporting the overall product lifecycle to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Tech, and Operations) to gather and analyze product requirements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Conduct product testing, identify bugs, and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
  • Track feature performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support product demos, training sessions, and implementation for internal and client teams.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors to suggest enhancements in product features.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience working on an HRMS product (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (attendance, payroll, leave, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
