We're looking for a sharp Junior Copywriter who's ready to take ownership of social media content and  grow into a confident, independent creative. If you track trends as closely as grammar rules and can turn a  brief into a scroll-stopping caption, you're in the right place.  You won't just write, you'll contribute to ideas, shape brand voice, and help plan monthly content. You'll  be accountable for delivering on-brand, on-time copy that's engaging and relevant. 
Key responsibilities: (Functional Competencies [What You'll Do]): 
Social Copywriting & Creative Support :
  • Write copy for posts across formats – static, carousel, reels, memes, stories, etc. 
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing ideas for monthly calendars and trend-based content. 
  • Own your assigned posts end-to-end: from draft to feedback to final delivery. 
Platform & Trend Awareness :
  • Keep a close eye on platform updates, features, and social trends. 
  • Contribute proactive ideas that tap into pop culture and audience behaviour.
Brand Voice & Consistency :
  • Understand the tone of each brand you work on and apply it consistently. 
  • Learn how to tailor messaging for different platforms while staying true to the brand. 
Feedback & Revisions :
  • Be receptive to feedback from senior writers and leads – and act on it fast. 
  • Ensure all copy is grammatically sound, typo-free, and delivered with quality control.

Skills (What You Bring): 
● 1-2 years of relevant writing experience (internships/freelance included)  ● Interest in social media writing, brand communication, and digital culture  ● A strong sense of initiative and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment  ● A portfolio or deck that showcases your best writing samples (academic, passion, or internship-based)  ● Understanding of how copy and visuals work together to create engaging content
