About the position  

Location: Bengaluru

Hybrid 

This person ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the company's financial statements. By managing end-to-end R2R processes, he/she guarantees timely month-end closing and compliance with global accounting standards. The role strengthens financial controls through thorough reconciliations and audit-ready documentation. It also enables seamless collaboration across global finance teams, supporting smooth operational handoffs. Overall, this role enhances financial transparency, reduces risk, and supports stronger business decision-making.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• Managing end-to-end R2R and lease accounting processes
  – You'll take ownership of all accounting transactions related to R2R and oversee the full lifecycle of lease accounting—from initial entries to final reporting.

• Executing financial close and reporting activities
  – You'll ensure timely completion of month-end close, post journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support statutory and GAAP reporting requirements.

• Collaborating with global stakeholders and finance teams
  – You'll work with internal and external stakeholders, including Treasury, P2P, B2C, and SCF teams, to ensure seamless integration and resolution of outstanding items.

• Supporting audits and maintaining compliance
  – You'll prepare documentation for internal and external audits, uphold financial controls, and ensure system integrity in line with company policies.

• Driving improvements and ensuring service excellence
  – You'll identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and maintain high standards in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
