Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring quality and food safety standards for Staples (Rice, Pulses, Atta, Spices, etc.) at warehouse/processing locations in line with FSSAI and BigBasket guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks for raw, in-process, and finished products.
  • Monitor packaging, hygiene, and storage conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and GHP standards.
  • Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology or related field.
  • QA/QC in FMCG (Staples preferred).
