Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and computer skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates looking to begin their career in operations or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in internal systems.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and backend operations.
- Respond to internal emails and follow up on pending tasks.
- Perform quality checks on data entries and report any errors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc., etc.).
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 year of experience).
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30–35 WPM preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
