Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage vendor sourcing, procurement operations, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchases, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors as per company guidelines.
- Negotiate prices, quality terms, and lead-time efficiency with suppliers.
- Track purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for smooth material receipt.
- Resolve quantity, quality, or documentation discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery confirmations and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory data reporting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement/purchasing (preferably in retail/manufacturing).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
