Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Admin, and Leadership roles.
  • Prepare tailored business proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated with 1to1Help's products and service offerings to deliver compelling client conversations.

LMS (Learning Management System):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education, corporate training, and coaching sectors.
  • Promote LMS features to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct product demos, understand client requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with the tech and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Digital Marketing Services:

  • Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and content strategy to potential clients.
  • Understand client pain points and build tailored digital solutions to drive ROI.
  • Generate qualified leads via email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics and LMS platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
