Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role based in Hyderabad. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of academic and administrative processes, and managing schedules, records, and communications. The role also requires coordinating with faculty and staff, maintaining organized documentation, and providing support to students and parents regarding institutional policies and programs. The Administrator will play a key role in fostering efficient workflows and upholding the professional standards of the institution.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including documentation management and scheduling
- Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, faculty, and staff
- Experience with process coordination, problem-solving, and operational oversight
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, email communication, and database management)
- Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with student services is a plus
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
