Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized
Administrative Executive / Operations Coordinator
to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of handling travel-related and coordination responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    ticket bookings
    (domestic and international) including flights, trains, and accommodation
  • Handle
    visa processing
    and related documentation
  • Coordinate
    passport-related work
    and other statutory or administrative formalities
  • Arrange and coordinate
    meetings
    , both
    in-person and online
    (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and follow-ups for meetings and travel
  • Assist with
    general administrative tasks
    and office coordination
  • Be
    ready to travel
    as and when required for official purposes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in
    ticket booking and travel coordination
  • Hands-on experience with
    visa processing and documentation
  • Knowledge of
    passport procedures and administrative compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and online meeting tools
  • Flexible and willing to travel when required
