Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Area Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a sales team, and developing sales strategies within the designated area. Duties include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to meet company sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
