Job Title: Structural BIM Modeler

Experience : 3 to 4 years

Salary : 40k to 45k

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) – On-site Opportunity

About the Role:

We are looking for a Concrete Structural BIM Modeler who is passionate about digital construction and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing accurate and detailed BIM models for reinforced concrete structures using Revit and related software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models for concrete structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and retaining walls.
  • Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to identify and resolve design conflicts (clash detection).
  • Prepare detailed drawings, sections, and schedules from the BIM model.
  • Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company protocols.
  • Support the team in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate effectively with project engineers.
  • Maintain model accuracy throughout all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler (Concrete Structures).
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure) and Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of international standards (BIM Level 2, ISO 19650, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
