- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective BIM solutions.
- Conduct regular quality checks and clash detection to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Update and revise models based on design changes and client feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM-related documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure model integration and compliance with project standards.
- Provide support and guidance to junior BIM modellers and team members as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fully hands on with Architecture & Structure Revit modelling. Knowing Interior Design and Landscape Revit modelling is an added advantage.
- Work experience with 3D Scan data, Parametric Revit Family will be considered as an added advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant BIM certification
- Familiarity with BIM execution plans and project workflows.
