About the RoleWe are a fast-growing premium digital marketing agency based in Chennai, looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can lead client engagements, craft compelling proposals, manage contractors and internal teams, and ensure all client KPIs and deliverables are met with excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & StrategyLead client discovery meetings and strategy sessions.

Prepare and deliver compelling client pitches and digital marketing proposals. Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and results-driven reporting. Project & Contractor ManagementManage a team of content writers, designers, ad specialists, and SEO experts (in-house and freelance).

Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors as needed. Campaign Management & OptimizationOversee and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track campaign performance and align execution with client objectives and KPIs. Reporting & AnalysisGenerate regular reports on campaign metrics and insights using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.

Present performance reports to clients and recommend action items based on data.
