The ideal candidatewill play a key role in enhancing the performance and productivity of our sales team by deliveringeffective training programs, with a strong focus on On-the-Job Training (OJT) and salesperformance monitoring. The candidate should be flexible with working shifts and possessexceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery:o Develop comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge,selling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.o Execute OJT sessions to help team members apply learned skills in real-worldscenarios.o Provide refresher and upskilling training sessions based on business requirements.Performance Monitoring:o Track and analyze the performance of sales representatives post-training to ensureknowledge transfer and skill application.o Identify performance gaps and create targeted interventions to address them.Coaching & Mentoring:o Offer individual coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve theirtechniques and outcomes.o Work closely with sales managers to support underperforming team members.Reporting & Feedback:o Provide detailed reports on training effectiveness and team performance.o Gather feedback from trainees and sales managers to refine training programs continuously.What will make you fit for the roleExperience:Experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, focusing on OJTand performance improvement.Skills & Competencies:o Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and KPIs.o Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.o Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.o Data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and generate insights.Flexibility:Willingness to work in shifts and a 6-day workweek to accommodate business needs.Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
