 Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  •  Update all details of the contact on Rolo CRM.
  • Handle all activities on internal Rolo CRM .
  • ⁠Develop complete understanding of Rolo CRM.
  • Check each team member daily engagement on Rolo CRM.
  • Create detailed reports, including brand performance reports and team reports, using Excel (pivot tables, charts, and formulas).
  • Develop dynamic dashboards to track KPIs, CRM updates, and key business metrics.
  • Analyze and provide insights from meeting feedback to improve strategies and processes.
  •  Create compelling presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders. 
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  •  Train team members on Excel best practices and data management techniques
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.​​​​​​​
  •  ​​​​​​​Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex data systems. ​​​​​​​
