We're looking for an SEO Manager/Strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

As our SEO Manager/Strategist, you'll take the lead on client accounts and be trusted to drive strategy, execution, and results. You'll work directly with clients, build trust through clear communication, and manage everything from audits to ongoing campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of assigned SEO accounts — from strategy to execution.
  • Lead client communications (calls, emails, Looms) with clarity and confidence.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and content SEO initiatives to ensure consistent, measurable growth.
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and translate results into client-friendly insights.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and vendors to deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Include this phrase in your cover letter "I am your next SEO Manager"

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (Marketing Agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of SEO campaigns that delivered measurable traffic and rankings.
  • Strong technical SEO skills (audits, site architecture, crawling/indexing).
  • Excellent communication skills - you can explain SEO in plain language to clients.
  • Strong project management: you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to work US business hours (9 AM – 3 PM Arizona Time).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Leadership or team management experience.
  • Experience upselling/cross-selling SEO services.
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and automation tools.
