We are seeking a meticulous and analytical SEO Analyst to own the strategy and execution of our search engine optimization efforts. Your primary goal will be to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance the overall search visibility of our digital assets.

While you are an SEO specialist at heart, this role offers significant exposure to the broader digital marketing ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally, ensuring that your SEO insights inform and align with our content, PPC, and social media strategies to drive holistic marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus: SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify new opportunities and guide content creation.
  • Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headers, content structure, schema markup, and internal linking.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.
  • Execute off-page SEO initiatives, focusing on building high-quality backlinks and enhancing our domain authority.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, providing actionable insights to the team.

Secondary Focus: Digital Marketing Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure all new content is SEO-optimized from creation to publication.
  • Work alongside the paid marketing team to align keyword targeting and landing page strategies between organic and paid search campaigns.
  • Provide SEO insights to support social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimized content distribution.
  • Assist in analyzing the overall marketing funnel and customer journey, identifying how organic search contributes to lead generation and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of dedicated experience as an SEO Analyst or Specialist.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies that have led to measurable growth in organic traffic and rankings.
  • Deep understanding of the three pillars of SEO: technical, on-page, and off-page.
  • Proficiency with core SEO and analytics tools:
    Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
